Paradise Pointe is an owner vacation rental property and not a hotel property, therefore offers no housecleaning services. All guests are responsible for keeping and leaving their rental unit in a clean and orderly manner.

Paradise Pointe outfits each apartment with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper and paper towel to start, but if the guest should run out of any of these items, it is their responsibility to replenish for themselves.

Paradise Pointe does not rent to any parties with children under the age of twelve or anyone bringing a pet.

Paradise Pointe does not have a pool on property.

Paradise Pointe apartments are all one bedroom apartments which accomodates two people.

Paradise Pointe does not permit any excessive noise or partying on the property.
